Love it. Too early to rate about its duration but aesthetically speaking it's a very nice faucet.I've had this for about a year now and bought it from Lowe's. All in all, it's a terrible faucet. The soap dispenser is a piece of junk. The rubber insert blows out constantly. I'm getting ready to submit for my second hand soap unit (At least their warranty is decent). The spray nozzle is starting to not fit back into its slot anymore. And the worst thing is this faucet makes an extremely loud hum or buzzing sound when it's on. I've grown used to it, but it was pretty shocking that my $15 faucet did not do this. Noises aside, the flow seems to be decent...I guess (My mom always said to try and find one positive thing). Now I know why they're called price, "Fister"...ouch! Why was I raised thinking Black & Decker was a good brand? I'm raising my kids to think Black & Decker are two of The Four Horsemen.I've had nothing but troubles with this faucet. The "head" usually refuses to lock in either spray or stream position. When it finally does, it won't go in the other one again. The water pressure is also ridiculously reduced passing through the head.I thought it was an issue with the head itself and eventually ordered a new one: out of the box, the issues were the same.I had it for about 10 months --- until I couldn't stand it anymore and got another faucet. Water flow is anemic. Spray/steady flow was unpredictable...eventually the steady flow would hardly ever turn on. We tried cleaning it, taking it apart and putting it back together, pleading with it...nothing worked. The soap dispense also fell apart. I replaced the whole thing with a Hansgrohe Allegro E faucet -- what a difference. It delivers twice the flow of water (even though it is also a low flow faucet). The handle for adjusting hot/cold water and pressure, is much much better on the Hansgrohe. Got mine at Costco for 199. Avoid the Pfister Mystique.dittoIt seems like every part that could break on this faucet has. The pull out faucet head will no longer stay attached to the rest of the faucet. The plastic connector ring quickly wears away. This is the 2nd we've gone through in 8 months. The buttons to switch from spray and flow water quit working months ago. Its the most aggravating thing! The soap pump also broke months ago and soap started oozing from it all the time. We've since replaced all components and the problem persists. The only good thing is the customer service is really nice and easy to get replacement parts, but it's just a shoddy product. Never buying a Price Pfister product again.i wish i'd read these reviews before i bought this item from lowe's as well. i gave up on the soap dispenser and just covered the hole with the cover. i am so sick and tired of using the knife to unstick the flow from stream to solid that i am ready to contact the manufacturer and ask for a refund. it is very nice to look at, but that is it. nothing else about it is good. rats- we're probably just going to replace it as well, and go with a different company. but when i pick out the one i love (again) i'm going to ck the reviews BEFORE i buy!I would strongly recommend NOT buying this product. It's a great looking faucet, but I agree with the other comments posted here. We've had the faucet for just over a year now - not 2 weeks after we initially installed it, the soap dispenser lost its plastic insert and soap began oozing out of it non-stop. We contacted customer support and received a replacement. I believe we are on our 8th replacement soap dispenser now, and none of them last longer than 1-2 weeks before the same problem occurs. PF is now shipping me 4 soap dispensers at one time because I know I'm just going to have to replace it within a few weeks.Very disappointing product.Really liked how it looked once installed. Less two weeks, after you pull down the head, it will not bounce back as it should. It just hangs there unless you force it in. If you keep doing it each and every time then faucet itself starts to get lose. So i just let it kind of dangling, and i am so mad every time i look at it. The soap dispenser is a mess as the tube doesn't really click inside the spout, so the whole thing is wobbly, not nice or neat looking at all.So disappointed. Can't return because it is already installed. My ( professional) installer said that's what you get for buying cheap stuff at amazon. Well, It isn't cheap . Sadly what you get is definitely a cheap product that should not even cost half of the price it's selling for.A surprisingly light faucet that was packaged well and arrived without issues. The brushed stainless steel finish looks quite elegant and doesn't cling onto fingerprints from what I've been able to see so far. The instructures were clear and the installation process itself, once I gathered all the required supply lines, was very straight forward. The installation hardware and the included installation tool were very easy to handle as compared to the fiddly nuts and special shaped plates on my old faucet. The proprietary quick connect fittings made hooking up the supply lines to the faucet itself a breeze and come with locking keys which should keep everything nicely packed together. The included weight makes putting way the pull down spray head very easy and it almost clips back into the faucet. The spray and pause buttons are easy to access and a welcome change from having to turn off the faucet to change out from spray to stream modes as I've seen on some other brands. The all plastic soap dispenser (which I didn't install) does match the faucet finish well and should be easy to refill as you just need to pull the pump straight out and shouldn't present much problems. In terms of complaints, I have a few but are probably unique for my situation. My previous faucet had long enough connectors to not need any additional supply lines, this unit however does require them. It wasn't stated very prominently on the listing but it is stated on the packaging. Just for the benefit of others in a similar situation as me, as it isn't directly stated anywhere in the packaging or even in the instructions, 1/2in. female fittings are required to thread onto the included inlet connectors. Another less important issue with my particular unit is that it didn't have the little red/blue indicator to show the hot or cold directions, I just salvaged the piece from the faucet this replaced. I do wish that it came with a little plumber's putty for the single hole design, but that may just be wishful thinking.Overall, given the headaches to get this installed, I'm still impressed with this faucet. Its still too early to tell if the "snap in" pull out handle is a blessing or a curse, but it very easily swivels side to side without needing to move the base of the faucet at all. Gets a solid four stars from me, but will revise accordingly based on longevity.Gorgeous! We had picked up a similar Pfister one a few years ago and unfortunately the plate did not fit the sink so we had to return and I had to settle for another brand. The other brand was similar price, but when we took it out of the box we could tell the quality wasn't even close...and after 3 years we just had to replace it due constant leaks and the pull out hose had frayed severely. That other faucet still sells at another store with a 2.5 star rating. My husband is the one that installed this. He said it was easier to install this faucet than it was to take the old one off. Installation was very simple. The only thing that wasn't included was the plumber's putty and a wrench to attach snap fitting to existing hoses, which is understandable since all hoses are different. The included tightening tool made things even easier. The water pressure and flow is excellent. It is stronger than our old one.The Pull down head works very well. It will not recoil if you let go so you can pull it down and let go without worrying about water spraying every where. The head can be tilted while pulled down if you need to adjust the direction a small bit. It can also be tilted when attached to the neck, but only a small amount. The Momentary stop button on the head is nice when moving from one sink to another when you have a double sink.We did not use the soap dispenser since our sink did not have a hole for it.Finish is very nice. I am very happy with the look of it. Now if only the pandemic were over so I could invite people into my house to show it off!We installed this Pfister Mystique faucet in our kitchen as a replacement for a lower profile faucet we've had for years. After a few weeks of use, I am in love! The tall neck and smooth swivel function of the upper part of the neck is just so great. I find that I'm splashing water outside the sink much less, and it is much easier to fill large pots. The pullout sprayer isn't perfect--the nylon braid-covered cord could be a bit more flexible and the cord weight could be just a little bit heavier--however, I really like the sprayer end and the pause functionality. The actual water stream coming out of the faucet is a bit narrower in diameter than our previous faucet, and the overall water pressure seems to be higher. The one handle control is very intuitive. It is installed on the right hand side of the faucet, and you just pull forward for cold water and push back for hot. You move to move towards the right to increase the water pressure. The handle moves very smoothly. As for installation, it was pretty easy. It actually took use twice as long to remove the old faucet as it did to install this one. (Don't lose your installation tool! You need it to remove the faucet too!) Before you begin, read the instructions fully and make sure you have both some plumbers putty and a pair of supply lines ready and waiting to go. It's really just a matter of slotting the faucet in, tightening down, and properly attaching the supply lines. The faucet uses "quick release" attachments for the supply lines, and they are a little finicky, but they hold well and don't leak. The stainless steel finish looks very nice and matches well with all the stainless appliances in our kitchen. And, unlike many of our appliances, the faucet doesn't attract fingerprints.
