Great Value!I had the exact same problem as Jeff in the last review!! They where not sealed and leaked all over!! I am wondering the same thing if it was filled with cheep non antibacterial soap! That is shady and wrong especially with all that is going on right now! I am Very unhappy!!Second time I purchased this item from Amazon. Outstanding Dial product good value.Needed this for my business.Bought out of convenience. Don't realize until later how over priced it was.
